I'm sure a good majority of us have struggled with going to and/or liking the gym. But is there a way to overcome this? Hornet asked a personal trainer for 5 tips on falling in love with the gym. They are as follows:

Admittedly, I'm on the fence with a few of these tips. They seem more suited to help one get results versus actually falling in love with the act and process of going to the gym on a consistent basis. With that being said, what are your tips for learning to love the gym?
